WD Engineering provides civil design services for retail buildings, financial institutions, education facilities, single-family
developments, multi-family developments, townhouse developments, churches, medical offices, and restaurants.
WD Engineering provides services in the greater Houston Area including City of Houston, Harris County, Montgomery
County, Fort Bend County, Galveston County, Brazoria County, Waller County, Chambers County, and all other areas
within the State of Texas.
Civil Design services include grading, paving, utilities, and detention where necessary, Storm Water Quality Management
Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Texas Department of Transportation Permit Submittal Packages, and
design of public utility plan and profiles.
WD Engineering was founded in 2005 by Will D. Wilkinson, P.E. All projects listed herein have been designed by WD
Engineering since 2005. Will is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Texas and has 16 years experience
including 14 years within the Houston Area. Will graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 and is married since 2003
to Wendy Wilkinson who is a writer and serves as the editor for the Rice Military Civic Club Newsletter.
